With her father, Bob Marshall, Sr., establishing Marshall Realty in the illustrious year of 1959, Anne's deep-rooted connection to the field is undeniable. Anne's illustrious career in real estate commenced in 1986, when she obtained her real estate license. Driven by her unwavering passion and unwavering commitment to the industry, she further elevated her expertise by becoming a licensed broker in 2003. However, Anne's life is not solely dedicated to real estate; she is also well-versed in the art of enjoying life's pleasures. When she's not diligently negotiating deals, you can find her lacing up her running shoes, trying out her culinary prowess in the kitchen, or off to New York City to revel in the joy of spending quality time with her adorable twin baby grandchildren.

Home is not just a place; it is a sanctuary for the heart, and Anne's heart finds solace in Millbrae, where she resides alongside her husband, Jose, with whom she has been married with for 43 years. Together, they have raised three remarkable children, one of whom, Joey, works alongside Anne in the real estate business, further solidifying their family's legacy. Anne is a distinguished graduate of Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, and her unwavering dedication to community service is as profound as her commitment to her valued clients. She has devoted her time and energy to various voluntary roles, including active participation in the PTA, Athletics Booster Club, and the Italian-American Women's Guild.

Anne's profound love for her community propelled her to serve on the Millbrae City Council, where she was elected in 2013 and subsequently assumed the esteemed position of mayor in 2015, 2016, 2021, and 2022. Her unwavering dedication centers around safeguarding public property rights, enhancing public safety, and revitalizing economic activity in Millbrae's commercial zones. In recognition of her exceptional contributions, Anne was bestowed with the prestigious Women's of Influence Silicon Valley Business Journal award in 2013.

Beyond her local involvement, Anne remains an active member of numerous real estate associations at the local, state, and national levels. Her extensive involvement includes a six-year tenure on the SAMCAR Board of Directors, where she even served as President in 2012. Anne's dedication extends to the California Association of Realtors, where she has held esteemed positions such as Region 25 Chair, Federal Committee Member, and Board Liaison for Strategic Planning. She has also been entrusted with the role of Federal Political Coordinator, representing the esteemed Congresswoman Jackie Speier.
