Vince Malta, a REALTOR® in San Francisco and the Peninsula, has served as the 2020 President of the National Association of REALTORS®. A third-generation REALTOR®, Vince has been in the real estate business for 46 years and has served the industry in many varied roles.
Vince has testified before Congress on behalf of NAR many times on multiple
issues, including the impact of increasing conforming loan limits, insurance
reform, and housing policy. On the national level, he has served on the NAR Board of Directors from 2002 to present and was the 2010 & 2011 Vice President of Government Affairs and the very first REALTOR Party Director to the newly formed REALTOR Party in 2011. As NAR’s 2020 President, he led the association and the industry through the COVID-19 pandemic.
He was awarded REALTOR® of the Year for the state of California in 2006.
Vince is a graduate of the University of San Francisco and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
